Thanks to everyone who participated in Walking Club these past few weeks—it’s been a lot of fun! A special thank-you to the parents who helped keep everything organized and running smoothly and to Mrs. Kleveter for making our badges. See you next time!

Congratulations to Columbian's 5th grade Fermi math teams for their outstanding work earning an overall 3rd place medal at the OPS Extreme Math Day. This year they competed against over 50 OPS elementary and middle schools, answering challenging math scenarios. The Savannah Bananas and Short Sigmas earned silver medals, and our gold medal winners were teams Calculating Caffeinators and the Magnificent Minuends. All OPS Fermi 5th and 6th grade students tested their knowledge with a very challenging individual math quiz. Out of the approximately 300 test takers, Vivienne Kanago scored 5th place overall. Fantastic work Columbian math team!
