Omaha Police Honor Guard

The Honor Guard is a volunteer group of officers and command personnel formed and organized to provide ceremonial services for the Omaha Police Department.

We were established in 1954 as a volunteer organization devoted to positively representing the Omaha Police Department through various civic functions. The Omaha Police Department Honor Guard provides ceremonial services that honor with dignity those of our ranks, active or retired, who have died.
