Minne Lusa: The Rebirth of an Historic Neighborhood Minne Lusa is a collection of homes, not just another group of houses.

The neighborhood is part of the Miller Park-Minne Lusa Neighborhood Association, one of the largest and most active in the city. This is a neighborhood with a heavily producing community garden, an alert citizen's patrol, and several established community events each year.
