One often overlooked tool for youth mental health is all around us: nature. At KVC, we are committed to equipping parents and caregivers with strategies to support youth wellbeing. Gloria manages and develops all clinical programming in Nebraska, is a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) trainer and is avid about spending time outdoors.

Our Director of Permanency, Theresa, joined leaders from KVC West Virginia and KVC Missouri last week for the FFTA Public Policy Institute. They met with federal legislators to advocate for children, teens and families across the entire KVC network.
