🚤 Motorboats in Nebraska: Title & Registration Basics
If you own a motorboat manufactured after November 1, 1972, with a motor or mechanical device used on public or private waters, it must have a Nebraska Certificate of Title.
Submit the following items to the County Treasurer’s Office:
✔ A properly signed title from the seller or a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) for new boats.
✔ A completed Application for Certificate of Title signed by all parties.
✔ Bill of Sale/Purchase Contract and Last registration if the previous state was not a title issuing state.

This Memorial Day, we remember.
