The 1st Nebraska is a group that is open to anyone who is interested in reenacting the American Civil War, no matter their reenacting experience level. Whether you have never seen a reenactment or you are a 10 year veteran, we invite you to join us! We ask that you join us at one of our monthly meetings. 13 members of the First Nebraska traveled to Washburn Missouri to participate in the Battle of Pea Ridge. The actual battle ground of Pea Ridge Arkansas is only a few miles away. While there the First combined with members of the 32 Iowa and 1st Minnesota Sharpshooters and fell in with the Muddy River Battalion! This video is of Saturday’s battle from a Birds Eye perspective!

The First Nebraska was honored to have marched in the Bellevue City Veterans Day parade. The weather was alittle gloomy but the rain held off!

We even had a wedding party wanting to use us as a photo op!
