Happy National Friends of the Library Week! We are so thankful for our Friends and all of the wonderful ways they donate to our library. In 2027, our Friends have supported the Summer Reading Program, books for Literacy Night at Omro Elementary, Storywalks®, a brand new Decodables collection, and much more! We are thankful for their support of our library! Their donations allow us to try new ideas, expand programming, and extend our outreach in the community.

Making plans for this chilly weekend? We'd love to see you! 🍂💛 We're gearing up for our Fall Open House THIS Saturday, October 17 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm! We will have games, treats, spiced apple c***r, and the Friends of the Library will be selling tickets for our quilt raffle!

Thanks again to our Friends of the Omro Library for sponsoring this wonderful event.

Reminder: There is a planned Service Outage to the Winnefox Catalog on October 13th as we make necessary system upgrades to the Winnefox Catalog and Winnefox Mobile App.

Libraries will be open, and you can still browse and check out items at your library’s service desk—just bring your library card! You won’t be able to use self-checkouts, place holds, renew titles, pay fines, or access your account online or in the app. Access to Libby and Wisconsin's Digital Library will be limited – you can read/listen to downloaded titles but probably will be unable to check out or place holds.

Thank you for your patience!
