On October 9th, our office had the opportunity to help Orange County High School’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers step beyond the classroom to explore local industries, connect with employers, and learn more about the career opportunities available right here in Orange County!

The day included tours of RIDGID Tools and FM Expressions, along with a presentation from the Virginia Economic Development Partnership on the importance of developing tomorrow’s workforce. We recognize that a strong local workforce begins with building connections between education and industry. By helping educators better understand the skills, careers, and opportunities available in our community, we can strengthen career pathways for students and support the future needs of our local businesses. 💪

A BIG THANK YOU to RIDGID Tools, FM Expressions, the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, and Orange County Public Schools - Orange, Virginia High School’s dedicated CTE teachers and staff for helping make this day a success! Happening TOMORROW! Small Business B(AI)sics is bringing FREE, hands-on AI training to Orange on Wednesday, October 14!

If you run a small business, you’ve probably heard plenty about AI. This workshop is about moving past the buzz and learning practical ways to actually use it in your day-to-day work. We’ll explore tools and ideas that can help with marketing, customer engagement, workflows, productivity, decision-making and those everyday tasks that always seem to take more time than they should.

No prior AI experience is needed—just bring your questions and a willingness to explore what these tools could do for your business.
