🚒🔥 A FIRED-UP DAY OF LEARNING AT MARSHALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL! 👨‍🚒🚨

Our Pre-K and Kindergarten students had an exciting visit from our local firefighters and their fire truck! 🚒❤️

Our little learners had the wonderful opportunity to explore the fire truck, learn important fire safety tips, and discover how firefighters help keep our community safe. 👩‍🚒🧯

A HUGE THANK YOU to the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety Fire Department for taking time out of their busy schedules to educate, inspire, and engage our youngest learners! We appreciate your dedication and service to our community! ❤️🚒

❤️🐝 When Friends Become Family… 🐝❤️

Look who stopped by The Hive! 🥰 We were delighted to welcome a familiar face, a former Wildcat, Tiger, and Eagle, Mrs. Michelle Bradley, who is now serving as the MTSS Coordinator for Calhoun County Schools! ❤️

For over 20 years, we have been sharpening one another’s iron (Proverbs 27:17), growing together as Reading Coaches, Assistant Principals, and, most importantly, FRIENDS WHO BECAME FAMILY! 🥰

Different schools, different titles, different journeys…but the friendship, love, laughter, and respect remain the same! ❤️

Once colleagues, forever family! Some bonds go far beyond the school walls! 🐝❤️🖤

🐝💛 BUZZ & GO! 🚗📚

Friday, October 16th, Marshall Elementary’s Parent Liaison, Ms. Goethe, welcomed families to our 🐝BUZZ & GO! Drive-Thru Resource Fair during early pickup! We were excited to share 80 informational bags filled with helpful resources to support students and families throughout the school year. 🎉

Each bag included a letter from our principal, attendance information, school policies, behavior expectations, and reading and math resources. These materials are designed to keep families informed, encourage strong attendance and positive behavior, and support learning at home.

🐝👑 Happy Boss’s Day to Our Queen Bee, Ms. Kennedy! 👑🐝
Our faculty, staff, and students are so happy to have you here at the Hive! We truly appreciate your hard work, dedication, and commitment to making Marshall Elementary School a wonderful place to learn, grow, and succeed. Your leadership inspires us, your support encourages us, and your passion for our school makes a difference every single day!

To celebrate and show our appreciation, we planned a special Boss’s Day Scavenger Hunt that took Ms. Kennedy on a journey throughout the school! At each stop, a different department welcomed her with heartfelt appreciation, kind words, and reminders of just how much she means to our school family. It was our special way of making sure she felt the love, gratitude, and admiration she deserves!

Ms. Kennedy, you are truly outstanding, and we are so grateful to have you leading our Hive. Thank you for all you do to help our school community thrive and shine! Wishing you a wonderful Boss’s Day filled with smiles, sweet surprises, and lots of love from your Marshall Elementary family!

🐝❤️💛 Our Busy Bees Were on the Move! 💛🖤🐝
On October 7th, Marshall Elementary School celebrated National Walk to School Day! Our Busy Bees stepped out to promote healthy habits, physical activity, and school spirit! We loved seeing our students and school community come together to make wellness a priority.
A big buzz of thanks to everyone who participated and helped make the day a success!
At Marshall, we’re always moving toward a brighter, healthier future!

Our Busy Bees have officially unlocked level 1 of academic success. We are Bee-yond proud of our Busy Bees who have reached Principal Honor Roll and Honor Roll Status.
