In this video I highlight a few things you probably would have NEVER voted yes for, but your Property TAXES are paying for them. (And there are hundreds more items like this across the State - embarrasing)

Police and Fire should be the LAST thing cut, but they are now the first thing being threatened.

VOTE YES on Amendment 3 and then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.

Who’s with me?

This is about LOWERING the STATE’s Increase! Not about CUTTING BUDGETS

We’ve gone from 45B to 65B in 4 years. This lowers the increase to 53-55B - and leaves plenty of revenue.

Don’t be threatened to think otherwise. We will still have a record amount of funding, and property taxes will continue to go up

VOTE YES on 3 to rein it in, and then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.

After we pass Amendment 3 we need to overhaul the entire system.

If we don’t - The next generation will simply not be able to afford a home.

A few years ago the first time buyer was 29 yrs old. Today they are 41-42. Pretty soon you’ll have to be retired!

Remember - they received a 20-22 billion dollar pay raise, they weren’t expecting.

Amendment 3 just takes some of that back.

They still have plenty. (RECORD HIGH)

Why aren’t they offering to CUT the WASTE? Instead they’re threatening your safety.

Never!

Now is your chance, and still leave plenty of funding for everything needed. (record high)

Property Taxes are the most hated tax in America because….

1. You don’t own your home (the government has a lien)
2. You pay taxes on money you’ve never received (unrealized gains)
3. There’s so much wasted spending - its hard to track

Vote Yes then let’s come back and overhaul the entire system.
