Hello! I am Susan Christ, proud owner of Sancus Notary & Loan Signing Services, located in Orlando, Florida. As a mobile notary, I cover much of central Florida, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, and Polk counties. As a remote online notary, I can help anyone anywhere in the country via an easy-to-use online service. I have been trained and certified with the National Notary Association, the top notary training provider in the country. I am certified and bonded, as well as background screened for a client's peace of mind. I'm available Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm, and Sundays by appointment. I am easy to reach by phone and email.

I started Sancus to address the need I see in my community for professional, quick, and confidential notarizations. In my previous employment as a senior intelligence analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency and defense-related companies I focused on even the smallest details to identify and report on a wide variety of situations. I will apply that same diligence to my client's notarization needs. As a notary I know what to look for and how to follow notary rules and regulations to make sure my client's notarization is fully correct the first time.
