TOMORROW, join Senior Adults (55 plus) and Friends for AFTERNOON TEA at 3pm, August 17th in the Delaney Street Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

Delaney’s own tea aficionado, “Teatime” Ted Meberg, will regale us with stories and facts about the rich tradition of afternoon tea reaching back centuries.

No tea would be complete without sandwiches, so bring your favorite, cut into quarters or triangles, with the crusts removed, whether chicken, tuna, or egg salad, salmon, pimento cheese, cucumber, or your own specialty.

Bring your favorite teacup and saucer, or use one of ours.

This is the kind of occasion you would want to share with a friend, so invite someone to put on their Sunday best attire and come enjoy good friends and fine dining at this special event.
