Our first meeting was a great success, and we are building even more momentum as we continue reconnecting members, welcoming new voices, and organizing for the work ahead. This meeting will be informative, engaging, and a great opportunity to get involved.

After a period of pause, we are ready to gather, reconnect, and reengage in the important work of educating, encouraging and supporting Women Candidates and those who support women’s issues. We invite you to join us as we begin meeting again on:

A special guest speaker

A hands-on postcard writing activity

A strategic focus on encouraging voters ages 35–50 to renew their Vote-by-Mail ballot requests

This relaunch meeting is not just about reconnecting — it’s about mobilizing. We are preparing postcards to remind voters of the importance of maintaining their Vote-by-Mail status and staying engaged in upcoming elections.

Today, the Senate Environment and Natural Resources Committee will meet to consider the following bills:

SB 636 by Leek — Beach Management

SB 848 by Truenow — Stormwater Treatment

SB 546 by Mayfield — Conservation Lands

The committee will also receive a presentation from the Department of Environmental Protection on the State Parks Amenities Report.
