We want to take a moment to express how exceptionally grateful we are for all of the Covenant Partners of who, over the last almost 47 years, have chosen to leave a legacy in the form of a scholarship fund. Their faithful generosity is a helping hand to each of these scholarship recipients, a reflection of God's love and kindness. Again, congratulations to each of this year's scholarship recipients!

A shoutout to our incredible Scholarships Committee! They were responsible for discerning which applicants were right for which scholarships this year, a time- and mental energy-intensive feat. Show some love for Eugenia, Jenie, Susan, Janice, and Caren 💛 They attended to this scholarships season with so much care, passion, and wisdom. We're grateful for their dedication and leadership!

What was your favorite part of our 2026 Scholarship Reception? It was a truly special time—the chance to honor and support our recipients, so many smiling faces, and fantastic food. It's also always sweet to have the opportunity to bring our scholarship recipients, fund sponsors, board members, and church family together to celebrate!

As these students continue their academic journeys—whether they're graduating from high school, continuing their undergraduate and graduate degrees, or going back to school for the first time in a while—we're so honored to support them through our scholarship program. It's brave to start something new, to grow your heart and mind, and to learn to serve your community in the ways God is calling you to do. We couldn't be prouder of our 2026 scholarship recipients!

Who's excited for this incredible arts showcase in the intersection between art and faith? We love Arts Fellowship Orlando and have been left in awe by the Christian artists who have participated in the program over the last five years. We couldn't be more proud to help sponsor this arts ministry of our church, First Presbyterian Church of Orlando, each year.

Arts Fellowship Orlando's summer showcase is coming up soon! Lawrence (right) and the other fellows—(left to right) pianist Anton Feynburg, plein air painter Jonathan Stemberger, and songwriter and musician Nate Fleming—are very excited to share their original works they've been creating since January.

Arts Fellowship Orlando fellow Anton Faynberg was captivated by fellow Lawrence Rooney’s original work for the summer showcase during an artist critique. Regarding his piece, Lawrence shares, “It’s been great being able to think about difficult past times, or difficult moments from the past, and, yes, digging them back up, but digging them back up to see, ‘Where is God in this?’ Because within this project, it’s still ongoing, so I’m continuing to find God in it.”
