Frederick Leadership Initiative Supports Orlando City’s MLS Pursuit « Central Florida Top 5 The Frederick Leadership Initiative (FLI) Board of Directors today voted to support the City of Orlando, Orange County, and the Orlando City Soccer Club in their combined efforts to win an MLS franchise and construct a new soccer stadium in the City of Orlando.
