🩷 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This month, we wear pink with purpose — to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, remember the women we’ve lost, and stand beside every woman currently navigating a diagnosis. 🎀
Breast cancer awareness is about more than a ribbon. It’s about encouraging women to know their bodies, stay informed, keep up with recommended screenings, advocate for themselves, and seek medical attention when something doesn’t feel right.

At BIG SIS Inc., Helping Women to Help Themselves also means encouraging women to prioritize their health. We know how easy it can be to put ourselves last while caring for our children, families, careers, and communities — but your health deserves a place on your priority list, too. 🩷

This month, check in with yourself. Check in with the women you love. Schedule the appointment you’ve been putting off. And remind another woman that taking care of herself is not selfish — it’s necessary.
