Last week, we learned a lot from Norml Lifetime member and dual Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar and National Board of Trial Advocacy - Richard Hornsby! He explained the many reasons people get stopped, Constructed Possession being the #1 defense, and “keeping your mouth closed”! There’s many cases that could’ve had a better outcome if the defendant had invoked his right to plead the 5th.
