Park Avenue exists because Winter Park was designed as one of Florida’s very first planned communities. In the 1880s, founders Oliver Chapman and Loring Chase envisioned a charming winter retreat for wealthy Northerners escaping the cold, and Park Avenue became the town’s main street. Many of the side streets were even named after the founders’ home states in the Northeast.

Meet Oliver! "Oliver and he is an 11-year-old Cockapoo. He has been living with my mom in Baldwin Park for a little over two years now. He loves going on walks around the neighborhood, getting a pup cup at Frosty Fox and people watching on the balcony."

At the end of each month, a Baldwin Park PET OF THE WEEK will be randomly selected for PET OF THE MONTH in the Baldwin Park Living magazine. We want to meet all the animals that bring joy to your life so send in those kittens, hamsters, guinea pigs, and ferrets too!
