My Florida Villa

My thanks to Samantha and her team at LRS Vacation Homes for getting our villa ready. Remember we are now taking bookings for 2025. Photos taken November 4th 2024

Some recent guests at the villa have again kindly given me permission to use some of their photos from their holiday. They booked the villa August 31st 2022 until September 15th 2022. We would like to thank them for booking with us yet again and for their continued support after Covid. You looked to have had a great time 😎

We are based on highway US 27 on Southern Dunes. Exit 55 off the i-4. Southern Dunes is an established community with a mix of rental homes and owner occupied homes. The active residents association focuses on maintaining and improving the community. The roads are quiet, and it is safe to walk or jog around. The area includes lakes, trees and golf greens, giving a very pleasant environment and a relaxed feel to the area. The residents are very friendly

The villa is family friendly with two small Disney themed twin bedrooms

The villa is located on a quiet security-gated community, has many facilities including an 18 hole Championship Golf Course. Orlando International Airport is 38 miles. Seaworld is a 35 minutes drive and Universal Studios the same. Busch Gardens is 58 miles. Legoland approx 15 minutes. Our superb villa would make an ideal location for families, the golf enthusiast, thrill seeker or beach bum.

Fancy something different to Disney - then try Orlando Lake Tours. Run by a British couple from Saddleworth. Situated just 15 minutes away from Orlando's major tourist attractions and International Drive, yet a million miles away in terms of tranquility and relaxation. Why not see "The Real Florida". Nature at it's stunning best. We loved it.

We highly recommend the Southern Dunes club house for food - kids menu also available
