Each holiday season, Homeless Prevention Council's Adopt-a-Family program helps make the holidays brighter for local children and families across the Lower and Outer Cape. Donors purchase requested gifts and clothing for children, from newborns to teens, helping ensure they can experience the joy of the season.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, hundreds of local children receive holiday gifts each year. We invite you to join us in making a difference this holiday season.
