𝗜𝗳 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱.
We’re hiring 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿/𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀. This is a 𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
This is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆–𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗯, and it’s definitely not a punch-the-clock-and-repeat-yesterday kind of position.
Some shifts are… well, we don’t say the Q-word around here. 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 quiet 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩. Others will keep you very much on your toes.
You’ll have to think quickly, juggle priorities, and adapt on the fly, and be comfortable not always knowing what the next phone call, radio transmission, or jail issue is going to bring.
