This week, Samantha and Matt had the opportunity to meet with the case management team at Johnson County Rehabilitation Hospital to celebrate recent discharges back into the community and collaborate on brain injury rehabilitation!

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with other providers, celebrate progress, and work together to support people living with brain injury. 💜

TWO MORE DAYS until our first ever sensory friendly, nutfree Trunk or Treat, and the weather is supposed to be magnificent! 🎃

I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of our amazing community members who signed up to attend!

Our hope is that this event will be a fun way for families to come together, meet new people, and learn about resources available in their community, all while enjoying a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment!

We can’t wait to see everyone there! 🧡

Happy ! Today, we want to give an employee shoutout to Michael Benson, PTA at Minds Matter 🌟

Michael first joined us as a student in 2024. After completing his clinical placement, he decided to continue with Minds Matter as an employee, and we’re so glad he did!

Michael is dedicated, thorough, and embodies our core values, especially our core value of community. One of his team members shared:

“Michael does amazing work getting his consumers into the community! He is currently working with one of our shared consumers on aquatherapy at their local community YMCA. I admire his dedication to creativity and community involvement.”

Dan Kennedy, VP of Outreach, Danielle Neenan, PT, and Olivia had a great time visiting first-year DPT students at the University of Saint Mary this week! They provided education about community-based services and highlighted what’s possible when therapy is tailored to each person and delivered in the places that matter most.

We love opportunities to connect with future clinicians and help them learn about the impact of therapy in the home and community. And of course, we couldn’t leave without bringing a few snacks to help them power through finals! ⚡️📚
