If for any reason you find yourself lost in this world, the Rascals know how to get you back on your feet. Becoming a "Rascal" requires knowledge of the hit country band "Rascal Flatts" and a solid foundation of communication skills to alter the consciousness of those being inducted. On average, 75,000 people apply to be a Rascal each year, and nobody has yet been admitted.
