Check Your Pumpkins! 🎃

A simple breast self‑exam can help you get familiar with what’s normal for your body and make it easier to notice changes early.

Look in the mirror, check for any new lumps or unusual skin or ni**le changes, and pay attention to anything that feels different. Most changes aren’t cancer, but they should always be checked by a healthcare provider.

At 55 mph, looking down at your phone for just a few seconds is like driving the length of a football field with your eyes closed, and anything can happen in those moments. No notification is worth the risk.

When you’re behind the wheel, make the choice to stay focused, protect yourself, and protect others on the road. Put the phone away and don’t text and drive. It can wait. Every time.
