Take charge of your health with our upcoming Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) class!

Join us on Saturday, November 21st, from 9 AM–5 PM to gain practical skills, build confidence, and learn tools to better manage diabetes and live a healthier, fuller life.

This hybrid class is open to anyone living with Type 1, Type 2, or gestational diabetes. Attend in person at Three Rivers District Health Department or virtually from the comfort of your home!

🎙️ A little correction from a recent episode!

Turns out our math was a little fuzzy. When discussing how Kentucky’s opioid abatement funds are distributed, we accidentally included KACo in the mix with the state.

Here’s the correction: the settlement funds are split evenly between the Office of the Attorney General and local city and county governments doing the work in their communities.

KACo does fantastic work supporting Kentucky’s counties, but they aren’t holding the purse strings on this one.

Consider this our official “oops, division is hard” retraction!
