NEWS FLASH - We outraised an 11-year Republican incumbent 3 out of the 4 quarters I’ve been in the race! That’s unheard of - especially in Mississippi! Quarterly reports were filed yesterday, and once again our grassroots campaign beat out Trent Kelly’s PAC-based operation. Over the last year, we have raised more than $750,000 from INDIVIDUAL donors (and the final numbers will be even higher - stay tuned). During that time, Kelly has received just over $300,000 from individual donors - but he’s raised well more than that from PACs (we still raised more money overall). The difference is clear! Our money comes from more than 7,200 actual humans - Kelly’s comes from corporate PACs (I don’t take corporate PAC money) and special interests. I answer to people, and he answers to corporations and fat-cats. You can check it all out on the FEC website. Fascinating reading! SO grateful to everyone who has supported us - let’s win this thing!!
