Dumepensa si Davao 1st district Representative Paolo Duterte kaugnay ng inihain na reklamo ni Act Teacher Partylist Representative Antonio Tinio.

Naghain si Tino sa Ombudsman para pa imbestigahan ang iregularidad sa 121 flood control projects sa Davao City na nagkakahalaga ng P4.4 Billion. Ang naturang mga proyekto nag simula pa noong 2019 hanggang 2022.

Sa pahayag ni Duterte bakit hindi pa imbistigahan ni Tinio ang mga engineers, kontraktor at mga politiko na sangkot sa mga maanomalyang flood control projects.

Binatikos din at pinaalalahanan ni Duterte ang mamabatas na baka nakakalimutan na ni Tinio ang kanyang mandato at ipinaglalaban sa kongreso ang pagsulong ng mas mataas na antas na edukasyon.
