Rocco Borgese is offering bulk pricing for lot clearance and can determine if your foundation can be saved. He’s talented, expert, and will personally supervise. Call or text him at 310 989 8512.

If your insurance covers removal it’s best to handle privately.

This week he’s testing many lots for asbestos. Rocco has built over 100 homes in the Palisades.

The Digital Billboard Plan is being voted on Tuesday at the PLUM (Planning & Land Use Management) committee meeting in downtown on, TOMORROW, on Tuesday, November 7th at 2 pm. Concerns of these billboards impeding views, distracting drivers, and furthering loss of entertainment business dollars are at risk.

The Screen Actors Guild is concerned with potential adverse effects that the proper locations with these structures will further disrupt on location filming within the County.

If you would like to make a comment on their meeting registry prior to Tuesday, here is a link to do so…http://lacouncilcomment.com (it is listed as case 22-0392). Please encourage friends to also email other councilmembers as it’s being pushed city wide from Council President Paul Krekorian (CD2). News articles below:

The view is from directly over the bridge, over which students passed from Hilgard Avenue to the campus. In the center of the photo is Powell Library. This building was built in 1927-29, and designed by architect George W. Kelham. Royce Hall, on the right, was built in 1928-29 and designed by Allison and Allison, Architects. Both buildings were designed in a northern Italian Romanesque style. Photo dated April 28, 1930. Source: LAPL
