Paducah Mccracken County Senior Center

While some see a mess, we see progress; the decision to remove the oldest section of our building was not taken lightly, but with it gone, we will be able to add many more parking spaces and still be left with over 40,000 square feet of space for our center. Work continues on the remaining areas of the building, including plumbing and heat, and we hope to have an update soon on opening the next section of our space, which includes the main activity hallway.

We're making the best of this phase and the ongoing renovations! Thanks to our contractor for letting us use a golf cart to transport seniors to and from their vehicles if they have to park further away right now🛺

We appreciate the opportunity to have been part of the grand re-opening celebration of the beautiful new store last week and for the continued support they provide to our organization.

We would like to thank Daryl Hess for donating almost 80 Kirchoff's yummy bread bowls to us again this year for our congregate meal; they were a perfect match for the homemade potato soup on the menu today🫓🥣🥔
