Here's what the numbers tell us:
📊 ~65% of adults aged 65+ reported high-risk drinking meaning they exceeded daily guidelines at least weekly in the past year.
📊 More than 1 in 10 adults aged 65+ currently engage in binge drinking.

As we age, our bodies process alcohol differently, and drinking can interact with medications and worsen chronic health conditions. Yet conversations about alcohol use often skip this generation entirely. 💬
