What a wonderful time we had today visiting Lake-Geauga Head Start!

Officers Mazza and Medina enjoyed talking with the children about what police officers do, sharing important safety tips, and answering their questions. It was a great opportunity to build friendships, share smiles, and help our youngest community members feel comfortable around police officers!

A big THANK YOU to Lake-Geauga Head Start for inviting us! We truly enjoyed meeting all the children and appreciate the warm welcome.

This time last week we were cheering on Officer Prugel, Detective Crews and his fiancée Marissa as they took on the 24in24 Challenge.

We are thrilled to report that all 3 successfully completed the challenge and we wanted to showcase some of highlights of the day.

Please join the Painesville Police Department in giving Brianna, Vincent, and Marissa a HUGE round of applause for a job well done!

Congratulations to all three! You continue to make us proud!

And to think… this is just Phase 1!

What a day we are having at the Grand Opening of the Painesville Skate Park (247 Jefferson Street)!

A huge shoutout to the Painesville Skateboard Association for inviting us to be part of their Grand Opening Event.

The Park was full of smiles and good times as we watched skateboarders, BMX riders, and scooter riders show off their skills, perform stunts, and most importantly, have a great time!

The Painesville Police Department was proud to support the event by donating a BMX bike and kites for the festivities.

To the Painesville Skateboard Association: you dreamed it, you worked for it and now look at it! We wish you continued success as you build your dream. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for being another part of the positive momentum happening right here in Painesville.

We can’t wait to see Phase 2!

It looks like Mrs. Roper and Stanley have officially made their getaway… and they even managed to find a getaway car!

Thank you, again, to the Painesville Community Improvement Corporation and to everyone who came out, embraced the caftans, brought the laughs, and made today’s Mrs. Roper Romps so much fun!

We appreciate being part of the event!

Here are a few more highlights from today’s Mrs. Roper Romps!

The caftans are absolutely FANTASTIC, the personalities are even more FANTASTIC, and the energy in Downtown Painesville is just as vibrant as you’d expect!

We’re pretty sure Stanley is still trying to keep up!
