Scammers are targeting families of incarcerated individuals by impersonating Kentucky Pretrial Services and other court officials. Do not send money or provide financial information if you receive a call demanding payment for bond, release, or an ankle monitor.

When in doubt, hang up and independently verify the information using an official phone number.
