🚑 RESCUE 20 HAS A NEW HOME! 🚒

Putnam County Fire Rescue is excited to announce that Rescue 20, previously stationed next to Ochwilla Elementary School, has officially relocated to the newly renovated Station 20, located at 103 Race Street.

Station 20, formerly home to the West Putnam Volunteer Fire Department, has undergone significant renovations to provide our crews with a modern and functional facility. This move is a tremendous upgrade from the mobile home that previously served as the quarters for Rescue 20 personnel and represents another important investment in emergency services for the West Putnam community.

These renovations were made possible through the generosity and support of former County Commissioner Paul Adamczyk, who dedicated discretionary funding to this project during his tenure. We sincerely appreciate his commitment to improving public safety infrastructure and supporting the firefighters and paramedics who serve our community.

While this project has taken time to complete, we are proud to finally see Rescue 20 operating from its new home and look forward to sharing the completed station with the community.

🎉 A Grand Reopening of Station 20 is coming soon!

Additional details and an official announcement will be released in the coming days. We look forward to welcoming everyone to see the improvements and celebrate this milestone with us!

Congratulations Lieutenant/Chaplain Gill!
