Must be able to climb up/down steps on mobile without assistance
The number of mammograms that can be screened in one day is limited, so it is important to follow these steps to register:

verify that their insurance is in-network with Christus Trinity Mother Frances Healthcare System and that the insurance will be accepted. This should be done prior to the actual screening on April 3rd.
5. Cash payment will also be accepted. The amount of cash payment for one mammogram is $158.40.
6. Assistance for payment may be available through Northeast Texas Public Health District (NETPHD). To inquire about assistance, call 903-593-7474. All uninsured and underinsured must call for screening to prequalify for grant assistance through NETPHD prior to the event.
7. A physician’s order is NOT required to receive a mammogram, however, a physician’s name is required for mammogram results to be mailed.
