Just a couple more days to get that 4-H record book finished. Record books can be emailed to Angela at [email protected] or dropped off by the office. Completing a record book qualifies you for certain county awards and is beneficial for scholarships.

The District 5 4-H photography contest is moving to the FALL this year, so we are encouraging youth to take their pictures this summer. Our D5 theme is "America 250" with a focus on what America means to the photographer.

There is something for everyone at this District leadership event! It will be held in Nacogdoches on June 27th, and regular registration closes June 9th on https://texas.4honline.com/ #/user/sign-in. The $20 registration fee includes lunch, snacks, activities, and door prizes.

Collect your insects this summer and fall. Build your collection and label your bugs this winter. Showcase your Entomology Collection next SPRING at Come Alive in D5 Roundup.

Interested in becoming a coach? We currently have archery, shotgun, and rifle offered in our county for our 4-H members. We can always use more coaches to assist.
