Happy Thanksgiving! The Paralyzed Veterans of America, Bay Area and Western Chapter is thankful to all of you and most importantly to our veterans.

Today is a special day for the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Bay Area and Western Chapter. We got to celebrate and honor all the veterans that have served our country by attending the San Jose Veterans Day Parade. Happy Veterans Day!

We would like to thank all the PVA members, friends, family/caregivers, VA Staff, and others who attended our Fresno Membership Meeting on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. We look forward to more events soon.

Thank you to all the veterans who attended our Table Tennis and Pickleball Clinic last week. We are looking forward to the National Veterans Wheelchair Games!

This past month, the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Bay Area and Western Chapter attended our Advocacy Legislative Seminar in Washington, D.C. The Chapter visited 28 offices in 3 days to help advocate for our spinal cord injury veterans. We know the importance of keeping specialty care within the VA system and we will do what we can to ensure our veterans receive the proper healthcare.

The Paralyzed Veterans of America, Bay Area and Western Chapter would like to thank the Safeway Foundation for their continued support. We are able to live out our mission and programs due to their generosity.
