Siddhant Mopkar, a Junior at Palo Alto High School, chose to build and install a free Magical Library in Palo Alto's Magical Bridge Playground for his Eagle Scout project. Thank you to his mentor Kiwanis Club of Palo Alto Brian Dahlquist and reporter Gennady Sheyner of Palo Alto Online & Palo Alto Weekly for covering this very special story. Most of all, thank you Shiddhant for your time, effort, and kindness!

Congratulations to St. Francis Center of Redwood City for 40 years of service. We are thrilled to bring a Magical Bridge Pocket Park to this wonderful community. Thank you to Magical Bridge Board Chair and former Mayor Ian Bain for sharing our gratitude for the many donors to this new playground coming to North Fair Oaks.

St. Francis Center celebrated its 40th anniversary Sept. 26 with a community block party and a ceremony honoring donors who fully funded a planned inclusive park in North Fair Oaks.
