The Fine Arts Theatre in 1987. First opened in 1926 as the California Ave. Theatre, it was later called the Mayfield Theatre in 1936. Then in the 1950's called the Cardinal Theatre and finally in the 1960's called the Fine Arts. Today this old building is the home of Mini Cat Town.
