Red River Valley Veterans Memorial Museum This Memorial Museum is being created to honor all Veterans. This Memorial Museum is on the south side of the Love Civic Center, next to the Eiffel Tower.

The main focus will be the "Ring of Honor" which is a ring of granite walls with the names of the service members who are from the Red River Valley area counties (Lamar, Fannin, Red River, Delta Counties in Texas & Choctaw, County in Oklahoma) that have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country in a war zone. There are sidewalks leading to the "Ring of Honor" made up of 1' x 2' granite pavers that are purchased to honor any veteran who served or is currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. In Phase IV part of the memorial, there are benches that can be purchased to honor whole families or groups of veterans. There are “Specialty Pavers” which are 2’ x 2’ granite pavers that can be purchased by individuals, businesses, groups, or organizations that recognize their appreciation of all veterans in general. The specialty pavers lead from the parking lot to the front gate of the memorial.
