Earlier this week CareFlight hosted a day-long airway lab with Buckskin Fire, River Medical AMR and CRIT Fire, bringing together AMC clinicians from across the river to Parker, AZ for a dynamic training experience focused on RSI, SALAD technique and Cricothyrotomy. Dr. J and Dr. McGuire shared their expertise in cricothyrotomy, elevating the learning experience. As clinicians, we thrive on collaborative events like these that unite EMS and Fire agencies, empowering us to serve our communities with excellence. 🚁💉🩸🩺🚒🚑

Mechanic Monday: Kamille Delgadillo, AMT

Born and raised in Visalia, CA, Kamille felt called to serve early and joined the military at 18. She served as a Flight Engineer on the MH‑47G with Bravo Company, 3/160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.

Back stateside, her commitment to service continued, and she found her next mission with Parker Careflight. “This job has been very fulfilling knowing I’m taking part in serving the community.”

Off duty, Kamille lives with her wife, Shannon, in Havasu—their own personal feline heaven with their five cats.

Kamille skillfully keeps our aircraft mission-ready so we can respond safely and quickly. We’re honored to have her on our team and humbled to work alongside her. 🚁🔧🇺🇸

Babies are all sunshine and rainbows… until they’re not! That’s why Parker Careflight and our partners at Buckskin Fire are refreshing our knowledge so we can be always prepared for any situation for mother and baby as a team!

Thank you Paramedic Angie Nygard for sharing your high risk obstetrics expertise with us. Angie an Airmethods Float Flight Paramedic who is nationally known for lecturing on the subject. It is an honor to have her come out to Parker this week. Thank you Angie! We couldn’t do this without you!

Careflight ✌🏼 and Buckskin Fire District 🚒 had some joint Trauma Training today! As a team we review our whole blood product administration 🩸, pelvic injuries, thoracic trauma, and head injuries. Training with our counterparts really helps us with doing our job exceptionally!

Any day with these guys is a great day! 🚁🏜️🌤️
