Assistance League Pasadena donates a car load of clothing from their “Treasure Fair” resale store to the Santa Anita relief program for those evacuees of the Eaton Canyon Fire. OSB team assisted with preparing and delivering food packets for TWR (The Woman’s Room) on Tuesday October 8th after completing 40 backpacks for PSUD students. Earlier in the day an A.L. La Canada/Flintridge member dropped off 150 hygiene kits assembled at their chapter house for the backpacks.

On October 1st, 6 OSB team members packed 74 backpacks for 4 PUSD schools. Pictured with the team is Arpy Jahhah Webster school Liason who stopped by to pick up the backpacks. She left with her car fully loaded and a big smile because of ALPs support.

Over 20 bags of Food and Supplies collected at ALP California chapter house was delivered to the Pasadena Senior Center on Monday, September 23rd. The team at PSC was extremely grateful for the commodities donated by members of the ALP community.

OSB team prepared 59 backpacks on Tuesday, September 23rd for students of PUSD. Backpacks will be distributed to Longfellow; Hamilton; Webster and Willard schools. Thanks to everyone who participated.

“Share the Vision” was held at Ursula Hyman’s home on Monday. Leading the group discussion was Jasmine Megrabyan with comments recorded by Cheryl Burke. In attendance was Nancy Lewis, Shirley Harris, Janice Najera, Maggie Moran and Margaret Clougherty. Thanks to ALL for their contribution in providing a path forward for our community.
