Get vaccinated! Vaccines and other services are available at the Pasadena Public Health Department Immunization Clinic (1845 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Room 2130). The clinic is open Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4:30 p.m. Walk-ins welcome.
Services include:
• FREE and LOW-COST vaccinations for those eligible under Vaccines for Children (VFC) and Vaccines for Adults (VFA)
• FREE seasonal flu vaccines
• Routine and travel vaccines
• Titer tests
• Tuberculosis screening/testing

The ticks that transmit Lyme disease are found in California, the Midwest and along the East Coast. If you’re traveling in any of these areas, be prepared for ticks when you go outdoors:
- Apply tick repellent from the waist down.
- Check for ticks after spending time in grassy areas and sitting on rocks or logs.
- Shower soon after returning indoors to wash away any ticks.
