🚨 OVER $100 MILLION LOST. WHO’S ACCOUNTABLE?

On the October 18 episode of What’s Your Point?, it was discussed a question every Harris County resident deserves to have answered:

How does Harris County fail to identify critical flood-control projects when our communities continue to face the threat of flooding?

Listen closely to this. Identifying flood projects should not be some impossible mystery. It requires leadership, planning, accountability, and a commitment to the residents who depend on their elected officials to do their jobs.

When more than $100 million in potential funding is reportedly lost because the necessary work wasn’t done, taxpayers deserve answers. What projects were missed? Who was responsible? What procedures failed? And, most importantly, what is being done to ensure this never happens again?

This isn’t just about money on a spreadsheet. It’s about our neighborhoods, our homes, our families, and the people who pay the taxes that fund county government.

The money is important. The accountability is even more important.

I believe the public deserves to see the facts and judge for themselves. Don’t just take my word for it. Watch the clip from the October 18 What’s Your Point? show and listen carefully.

Then ask yourself: If identifying flood-control projects is part of the job, why should Harris County residents have to pay the price when that job isn’t done.

Enough is Enough!
