As we closed out 2025, and welcomed 2026. Your Pasadena Firefighters deployed through out the city to provide Fire and EMS support for the rose parade, rose bowl game, float fest, and maintained staffing of all 8 Pasadena Fire Stations.
This required a large amount of members having to be away from their families on New Years. Luckily a select few were able to ride Truck 32 with their families down the parade route to kick off the parade! Thank you to our surrounding agencies that provided support for this large event!

We mourn the passing of Retired Chief DiGiovanna. He was not only a former Area C Fire Chief, but many of our members worked with him after his retirement at Verdugo Fire Academy. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all the lives he touched during his time in the fire service.
