After 205 days....Mufasa has left the building!

Mufasa had been waiting at Tri-Cities Animal Services for 205 days. Day after day, he watched other dogs find their people while he continued to wait for someone to see what we saw in him.

But finally, his wait is over.

Mufasa has found his forever family, and we couldn’t be happier for this long-standing shelter resident. After all those days of waiting, he gets to leave the kennel behind and start the next chapter of his life.

Congratulations, to Mufasa and his new family!

THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!

We’re officially in the final stretch until Felines & Firefighters, and our adoptable cats have one very important question:

Are you coming to meet them?

On Saturday, September 26, we’re bringing together two things that may seem completely unrelated but actually have a lot in common: firefighters and cats.

Both are brave when it counts.
Both know how to handle a little chaos.
Both have a knack for getting people to pay attention.
And both are pretty good at stealing the spotlight.

Join us from 10 AM–2 PM at Tri-Cities Animal Services for an afternoon of adoptable cats, local firefighters, and plenty of chances to find your new best friend.
