🏡 Investing in housing works - let's keep the momentum going!

Today, we joined state leaders and housing partners in Middletown to celebrate the award of $12.7 million to expand affordable homeownership opportunities across Rhode Island.

Funded through the 2024 Housing Opportunity bond, these awards will support more than 200 new homes statewide, including 161 affordable homes for sale.

This is what happens when Rhode Island invests in housing—and why we're proud to support YES on 2!
This election, Rhode Islanders have the opportunity to build on this progress by approving a new $120 million housing bond, including at least $25 million for affordable homeownership.

Vote Yes On 2 RI to keep Rhode Island moving forward!

Nothing’s scarier than Rhode Island home prices! 💀 🎃

For too many Rhode Islanders, the cost of renting or buying a home is a real-life nightmare. But we have an opportunity to change that!

This election, vote Vote Yes On 2 RI to support the $120 million affordable housing and homeownership bond and help create more opportunities for Rhode Islanders to find a place to call home. Let’s make housing affordability a little less frightening. 👻

Question 2, a $120 million housing bond will help create and preserve affordable homes for Rhode Islanders. Thank you Speaker Chris Blazejewski for spreading the word about Question 2 and why we need to make this investment in housing for Rhode Islanders! Vote Yes On 2 RI

The HousingWorks RI 2026 Housing Fact Book dropped today, and the numbers reflect what so many Rhode Islanders are feeling: affordable homes feel out of reach for too many of us.

There is not a single community in R.I. where the average household can afford to purchase a home or rent an apartment. (Household median income figures: $115,286 for homeowners, $50,251 for renters).

We NEED more affordable homes.

This Election, Rhode Islanders can take action by voting Yes on Question 2, the $120 million affordable housing and homeownership bond!

Let’s turn the numbers around and build a future where more Rhode Islanders can afford to call our state home. 🏡

This morning, Church Community Housing Corporation officially cut the ribbon on the Ade Bethune House and Portsmouth Senior Center!

This transformational project brings 54 age-restricted affordable homes for older adults, in addition to a brand new senior center. It is named in honor of the late Ade Bethune, a world-renowned artist, social justice advocate, and founding board member of CCHC.

Congratulations to Church and all of the partners involved in bringing this project to fruition!
