Your coverage choices matter—especially when you need skilled nursing or rehabilitation after a hospital stay. ❤️

Traditional Medicare offers the flexibility to choose providers nationwide who accept Medicare, usually without specialist referrals or prior authorization for most services.

🏥 For eligible individuals, Traditional Medicare may cover up to 100 days of skilled nursing care per benefit period when coverage requirements continue to be met. Covered days depend on your individual care needs and eligibility—100 days are not guaranteed.

Before choosing a Medicare Advantage plan, check:
✅ Is your preferred facility in-network?
✅ Is prior authorization required?
✅ When do copays begin?
✅ Are your doctors and medications covered?

We encourage residents and families to understand their options and plan ahead with confidence.

And what better way to enjoy a nacho bar than in your comfiest clothes?! 😴🧸 Today’s Dietary Week dress-up theme was COMFY DAY, and our team definitely understood the assignment!
