USS Decatur had the privilege of carrying out one of the Navy’s most honored traditions - Burial at Sea. It was a profound ceremony to lay our fellow shipmates to rest in the same waters they once stood watch to protect. We were reminded of the legacy of all those who served before. Fair winds and following seas 🌊 ⚓
