Today, we are proud to recognize one of our own members, Captain C. Goulet & FF Adams for taking on the 9/11 Stair Challenge, honoring the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Climbing the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center is more than a physical challenge—it’s a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and brotherhood displayed that day.

We are proud of Capt. Goulet & FF Adams for stepping up, pushing through, and keeping the memory of our fallen brothers and sisters alive. 🚒🧑‍🚒
343 firefighters. 1,000+ first responders. Countless lives changed forever.
We remember them.

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — 9/11/2001 🇺🇸

Today is a day that will forever live in the hearts of Americans. We remember the innocent lives that were taken, the families whose lives were changed forever, and the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice while trying to save others.

As firefighters, this day holds a special place in our hearts. We will never forget the firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, and countless others who ran toward danger when everyone else was running away.

Twenty-five years later, the pain and memories of that day still remain. Today, we ask everyone to take a moment to remember those we lost, pray for the families still carrying that pain, and honor the heroes who gave everything.

Some gave all. All gave some.

From all of us at Cook Springs Fire Department, we will never forget!
