Happy Birthday to Critical Care Paramedic Nial Van Wyk!

Nial is part of our part time staff and works full time as a farmer with his family. Throughout his time at PCA, Nial has served in many capacities, including EMT, Paramedic, CCP, and as a full time staff member. When he’s not working, Nial enjoys boating, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. One of the things that makes Nial so special is the laughter, jokes, and joy he brings to the station whenever he’s on shift.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a caring, attentive, and dedicated provider on our service. Thank you for your service Nial and we hope you have had a wonderful birthday so far! 🎉🎊🎂

Happy birthday to EMT Justin Manifold!

Justin is one of our amazing part time EMTs and we are so grateful to have him as part of our department! Justin has helped our department in so many ways. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate EMT who shows genuine care for every patient in the back of an ambulance. He is also always willing to lend a hand when it comes to technical problems at the station which we are so blessed to have. Technology is one of Justin’s many strong suits, and he generously shares his time and knowledge to help us keep things running smoothly.
Justin, we are truly blessed to have you here at PCA. Thank you for all the time, knowledge, compassion, and dedication you give to our department and to this community.

Thank you for your service and we hope you have a wonderful birthday! 🎂🎊🎉

Happy Birthday to Secure Car Driver, Jerry Weldon!
Jerry has been with us for multiple years, driving secure cars throughout Iowa. A secure car is a vehicle that transports psychiatric patients to higher-level facilities for further treatment. This important job takes compassion, patience, and a joyful attitude which Jerry has an abundance of. Jerry comes into the station with a smile and always has a great attitude. We are incredibly thankful for all you have done for PCA and for this community. Thank you for your service. We hope you have a wonderful birthday, Jerry! 🎉🎂🥳
